That the City Council:
- Opens the public hearing and receives testimony;
- Closes the public hearing;
- Moves to ADOPT the next RESOLUTION in order APPROVING the California Environmental Quality Act Exemption;
- Moves to ADOPT the next RESOLUTION in order APPROVING Planned Unit Development No. 350; and
- Moves to ADOPT the next RESOLUTION in order APPROVING Tentative Parcel Map No. 659.
