That the City Council:
- Opens the public hearing and receives testimony;
- Closes the public hearing; and,
- Moves to ADOPT the next RESOLUTION, in order, AFFIRMING the decision of the El Cajon Planning Commission and DENYING the application of East County Crematorium for Conditional Use Permit (CUP) No. 2247
