  RECOMMENDATION:  
 
  That the City Council/Housing Authority/Successor Agency to the El Cajon Redevelopment Agency approves Minutes of the May 12, 2020, Meeting of the El Cajon City Council/Housing Authority/Successor Agency to the El Cajon Redevelopment Agency.
 
2.   Warrants

RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Council approves payment of Warrants as submitted by the Finance Department.
 
3.   Approval of Reading Ordinances by Title Only

RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Council approves the reading by title and waives the reading in full of all Ordinances on the Agenda.

  That the City Council receives the Treasurer’s Report for the quarter ending March 31, 2020.
 
5.   Whitsett Drive Storm Drain Rehabilitation Project Acceptance Click to View
 
  RECOMMENDATION:  
 
  That the City Council:
  1. Accepts the Whitsett Drive Storm Drain Rehabilitation Project; WW3588, RFP No. 022-19; and
  2. Authorizes the City Clerk to record a Notice of Completion and release the bonds in accordance with the contract terms.
 
6.   FY20 U.S. Department of Justice Coronavirus Emergency Supplemental Funding (CESF) Grant Click to View
 
  RECOMMENDATION:  
 
  That the City Council:
  1. Authorizes the City Manager, or designee, to accept the FY20 U.S. Department of Justice CESF Grant in the amount of $89,355 and to execute any grant documents and agreements necessary for the receipt and use of these funds; and
  2. Appropriates $89,355 of the allocated FY20 CESF funding to purchase an Unmanned Aerial System (Drone) with a Forward Looking Infrared (FLIR) camera system and zoom capabilities, 50 First Aid Kits, and a Mobile High Definition Camera Trailer.
 
7.   Contract Amendment for The Magnolia Loading Dock Security Gate Click to View
 
  RECOMMENDATION:  
 
  That the City Council approves an amendment to increase The Magnolia Loading Dock Gate contract to the not-to-exceed amount of $12,040.
 
8.   Approval of Revisions to the Recreation Services Supervisor Classification Specification Click to View

  That the City Council approves the revisions to the Recreation Services Supervisor classification specification.
 
9.   New Classification Specification for Fire Inspector I/II Click to View

  That the City Council approves the classification specification for Fire Inspector I/II.
 
10.   Travel Expenses for the League of California Cities Planning Commissioners Academy – Cabrera Click to View
 
  RECOMMENDATION:  
 
  That the City Council reviews and approves the attached claims for advance/reimbursement of travel expense form for Planning Commissioner Humbert Cabrera submitted in accordance with City Council Policy G-1.

  1. Opens the Public Hearing and receives testimony;
  2. Closes the Public Hearing; and
  3. Adopts the next Resolution, in order, for the adoption of the Proposed 2020 Five-Year Program of Projects for the SANDAG Regional Transportation Improvement Program (RTIP).
