Comments relating to items on today’s docket are to be taken at the time the item is heard. State law prohibits discussion or action on items not on the Agenda; however, Council, Authority and Agency Members may briefly respond to statements or questions. RECOMMENDATION: |

| |
That the City Council:
- Opens the public hearing and accepts testimony:
- Accepts public input for the FY 2020-21 One Year Action Plan;
- Closes the public hearing; and
- Allocates funds to projects and programs that will be funded from the FY 2020-21 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME grant programs.
Staff will prepare a preliminary funding schedule reflecting the City Council's decisions from the public hearing relative to the FY 2020-21 One Year Action Plan, and will present it for final adoption at the second public hearing scheduled for April 28, 2020. |
