SO INCLUDED IN THE AGENDA PACKET IS A NOISE STUDY. UH, THE NOISE STUDY, UM, SHOWED THAT THERE WOULD BE, UH, POTENTIAL IMPACTS, UH, FROM NOISE FROM THE PICKLEBALL COURTS. UH, BUT THAT NOISE COULD BE, UH, MITIGATED WITH, UM, SOUND ATTENUATING FABRIC PLACED ON THE FENCING. UH, AND WITH, WITH THE ADDITION OF THAT TO THE PROPOSED SCOPE OF WORK, UH, IT WOULD BE SUFFICIENT TO REDUCE THE NOISE ASSOCIATED WITH PICKLEBALL TO THE LEVELS THAT ARE SPECIFIED IN THE ZONING CODE. SO, UM, THE PROJECT, UM, AS PROPOSED WOULD THEREFORE MEET, UH, THE ZONING REGULATIONS, UH, FOR THE USE OF THAT PROPERTY.
