RECOMMENDATION: |

That the City Council approves the concept of a City of El Cajon Veterans' Coalition to replace the existing City of El Cajon Veterans' Commission and directs the City Attorney to return with an ordinance amending Chapter 2.24 of the El Cajon Municipal Code repealing sections 2.24.400, 2.24.410, and 2.24.420. |

RECOMMENDATION: |

That the City Council:
- Opens the Public Hearing and receives testimony;
- Closes the Public Hearing;
- Moves to ADOPT the next Resolution, in order, APPROVING CEQA Exemption;
- Moves to ADOPT the next Resolution, in order, APPROVING Amendment to Conditional Use Permit No. 1383;
- Moves to ADOPT the next Resolution, in order, APPROVING Conditional Use Permit No. 2253; and
- Moves to APPROVE Tax Share Operating Agreement, AUTHORIZING the City Manager to execute on behalf of the City.
