RECOMMENDATION: |

That the City Council:
- Opens the public hearing and receives testimony;
- Closes the public hearing;
- Moves to ADOPT the next Resolution, in order, APPROVING the Common Sense CEQA exemption:
- Moves to INTRODUCE the next Ordinance, in order, APPROVING Zoning Code Amendment No. 436; and
- Requests that the City Clerk read the Ordinance by title only.
