FY 2019-2023 FIVE YEAR CONSOLIDATED PLAN AND FY 2019-2020 ONE YEAR ACTION PLAN Click to View |

RECOMMENDATION: |

| |
| |
That the City Council:
- Opens the public hearing;
- Accepts public input for the Five Year Consolidated Plan and One Year Action Plan;
- Closes the public hearing;
- Approves the draft Five Year Consolidated Plan and allocates Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME grant funds to projects and programs that will form the core of the FY 2019-2020 One Year Action Plan.
The final Five Year Consolidated Plan and a preliminary funding schedule reflecting the City Council’s decisions relative to the FY 2019-2020 One Year Action Plan will be prepared and presented for final approval and adoption at the second public hearing scheduled for April 23, 2019 at 3:00 pm. |
