RECOMMENDATION: |

That the City Council:
- Opens the public hearing and receives testimony;
- Closes the public hearing;
- Moves to adopt the next Resolution, in order, affirming the decision of the EI Cajon Planning Commission in denying the appeal for Tentative Parcel Map No. 2021-0004.
