  RECOMMENDATION:  
 
  That the City Council/Housing Authority/Successor Agency to the El Cajon Redevelopment Agency approves Minutes of the May 10, 2022, Meeting of the El Cajon City Council/Housing Authority/Successor Agency to the El Cajon Redevelopment Agency.
 
2.   Warrants

RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Council approves payment of Warrants as submitted by the Finance Department.
 
3.   Approval of Reading Ordinances by Title Only

RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Council approves the reading by title and waives the reading in full of all Ordinances on the Agenda.
 
4.   Adoption of the Road Maintenance and Rehabilitation Account (RMRA) List of Proposed Projects for FY 2022-23 Click to View
 
  RECOMMENDATION:  
 
  That the City Council: 
  1. Adopts the next Resolution, in order, to adopt the proposed List of Projects to be funded from the Road Maintenance and Rehabilitation Account (RMRA) Local Streets and Roads Funding Program for Fiscal Year 2022-23; and
  2. Directs City staff to submit to the California Transportation Commission (CTC) a list of proposed projects to receive RMRA funding for Fiscal Year 2022-23.
 
5.   Award of Bid No. 001-23 – Graffiti Abatement Services Click to View
 
  RECOMMENDATION:  
 
  That the City Council adopts the next Resolution, in order, to award the bid to the sole responsive, responsible bidder, Urban Corps of San Diego County (UCSDC), in the amount of $147,600 for the initial one-year term, with up to four additional one-year renewal options.

At this time, any person may address a matter within the jurisdiction of the City Council/Housing Authority/Successor Agency to the El Cajon Redevelopment Agency that is not on the Agenda. Comments relating to items on today’s docket are to be taken at the time the item is heard.
