RECOMMENDATION: |

|
That the City Council:
- Adopts the next Resolution, in order, to adopt the proposed List of Projects to be funded from the Road Maintenance and Rehabilitation Account (RMRA) Local Streets and Roads Funding Program for Fiscal Year 2022-23; and
- Directs City staff to submit to the California Transportation Commission (CTC) a list of proposed projects to receive RMRA funding for Fiscal Year 2022-23.

RECOMMENDATION: |
|
|
|
That the City Council adopts the next Resolution, in order, to award the bid to the sole responsive, responsible bidder, Urban Corps of San Diego County (UCSDC), in the amount of $147,600 for the initial one-year term, with up to four additional one-year renewal options. |
|
