- Adopts the next Resolution, in order, confirming the list of property owners as delinquent in the payment of their mandatory refuse/recycling service bills; and
- Authorizes the City Clerk to record the amount owed as a lien on the property and forward the list to the County Tax Assessor for billing on the next property tax bill.
