UM, AS INDICATED THIS IS A PROPOSED FIVE LOT SUBDIVISION A, WHICH HAPPENS TO BE FORMER CAL TRANS RIGHT AWAY, UM, SOMEWHAT DIFFERENT THAN WHAT THE COMMISSION IS PROBABLY USED TO SEEING IN RECENT YEARS.

IT'S NOT PART OF THE PLAN UNIT DEVELOPMENT.

UM, SO THERE'S ACTUALLY NO DEVELOPMENT PROPOSED ALONG WITH THIS ACTION.

IT'S JUST THE MAP.

UM, YOU'LL NOTICE THAT THE CORNER LOT IS SLIGHTLY LARGER, WHICH IS TYPICAL IN THE ZONE.

UH, THESE, THE LOTS THAT ARE BEING CREATED ARE, UM, NEARLY IDENTICAL TO ALL OTHER RSX SLOTS IN THE VICINITY OF THE PROPERTY.

SO, UM, ANOTHER CONCERN THAT I HAVE IS THAT THAT STREET IS THE SPEED LIMIT IS 25, BUT EVERYBODY, NOT EVERYBODY, I WOULD SAY 80% OF PEOPLE GO DOWN MELODIE GOING MUCH FASTER THAN 25, SOMETIMES EVEN GOING FREEWAY SPEEDS, WHICH I'VE WORKED WITH, UM, TRAFFIC DIVISION ON, BUT, UM, I'M CONCERNED ABOUT PEOPLE HAVING TO BACK OUT INTO, UM, ONTO MELODIE LANE.

UM, IT'S GOING TO BE A HAZARD FOR THOSE PEOPLE THAT ARE LIVING THERE.

AND WE'VE HAD THREE ACCIDENTS ON MELODY LANE IN THE PAST, UM, THREE WEEKS, UH, PRETTY MUCH ONE A WEEK.

UM, SO, UH, THREE CARS TOTALED AND, UM, IT DOESN'T SEEM LIKE IT'S GONNA WORK FOR A LOT OF, UM, DRIVEWAYS GOING OUT INTO, UM, MELODY.

SO I'M, I'M CONCERNED ABOUT THAT.
