  RECOMMENDATION:  
 
  That the City Council/Housing Authority/Successor Agency to the El Cajon Redevelopment Agency approves Minutes of the January 26, 2021, Meeting of the El Cajon City Council/Housing Authority/Successor Agency to the El Cajon Redevelopment Agency.
 
2.   Warrants

RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Council approves payment of Warrants as submitted by the Finance Department.
 
3.   Approval of Reading Ordinances by Title Only

RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Council approves the reading by title and waives the reading in full of all Ordinances on the Agenda.
 
4.   Acceptance of the Pipeline Replacement 2019 Project Click to View
 
  RECOMMENDATION:  
 
  That the City Council:
  1. Accepts the Pipeline Replacement 2019 Project (WW61019), Bid No. 020-20; and
  2. Authorizes the City Clerk to record a Notice of Completion, and release bonds in accordance with the contract terms.

  That the City Council receives the Treasurer’s Report for the quarter ending December 31, 2020.
 
6.   Rejection of Bid No. 013-21 – Landscape and Facility Maintenance Re-Bid Click to View

  That the City Council adopts the next Resolution, in order, to reject all bids.

At this time, any person may address a matter within the jurisdiction of the City Council/Housing Authority/Successor Agency to the El Cajon Redevelopment Agency that is not on the Agenda. Comments relating to items on today’s docket are to be taken at the time the item is heard. State law prohibits discussion or action on items not on the Agenda; however, Council, Authority and Agency Members may briefly respond to statements or questions. 7.   Connecting Communities to Outdoor Play NRPA Grant Click to View
 
  RECOMMENDATION:  
 
  That the City Council adopts the next Resolution, in order, to: 
  1. Accept the grant, appropriate and expend funding in the amount of $26,000 from the National Recreation & Park Association (NRPA) designed to support community play; and
  2. Authorize the City Manager to execute a Memorandum of Understanding with NRPA.
