RECOMMENDATION:

That the City Council/Housing Authority/Successor Agency to the El Cajon Redevelopment Agency approves Minutes of the January 26, 2021, Meeting of the El Cajon City Council/Housing Authority/Successor Agency to the El Cajon Redevelopment Agency.

RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Council approves payment of Warrants as submitted by the Finance Department.

RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Council approves the reading by title and waives the reading in full of all Ordinances on the Agenda.

That the City Council:

Accepts the Pipeline Replacement 2019 Project (WW61019), Bid No. 020-20; and
Authorizes the City Clerk to record a Notice of Completion, and release bonds in accordance with the contract terms.

That the City Council adopts the next Resolution, in order, to:

Accept the grant, appropriate and expend funding in the amount of $26,000 from the National Recreation & Park Association (NRPA) designed to support community play; and
Authorize the City Manager to execute a Memorandum of Understanding with NRPA.
